Optimal Power Flow Solution for Bipolar DC Networks Using a Recursive Quadratic Approximation

چکیده

The problem regarding of optimal power flow in bipolar DC networks is addressed this paper from the recursive programming stand view. A hyperbolic relationship between constant terminals and voltage profiles used to resolve networks. proposed approximation based on Taylors’ Taylor series expansion. In addition, nonlinear relationships dispersed generators are relaxed small voltage-magnitude variations contrast with output. resulting optimization model transforms exact non-convex formulation into a quadratic convex approximation. main advantage reformulation lies finding optimum global via programming, which adjusts point until desired convergence reached. Two test feeders composed 21 33 buses employed for all numerical validations. effectiveness verified through implementation different metaheuristic algorithms. All simulations carried out MATLAB environment using disciplined tool known as CVX SEDUMI SDPT3 solvers.
